Planning application forms

Since April 2008, all planning applications must be made using the national planning application forms called '1-App'. Follow the links below to download forms and further guidance. Notes are attached to each application form to help you complete it. Please note that, where the form includes an agricultural holdings certificate, you must complete either section A or section B, even if the property does not form part of an agricultural holding. Option A states that no part of the site is, or is part of, an agricultural holding If there is an agricultural tenancy contract on the site, you will need to complete Option B.
