Intergenerational project: Wii skills put to the test!

We lead a number of projects that aim to give young people opportunties to make positive contributions to their local communities.

These projects are delivered in partnership with a number of local organisations which enables us to share resources, avoid duplication and achieve better outcomes for children and young people.

Aylesbury Vale Young People's Action Plan

In order to promote, monitor and evaluate this partnership work we have developed the Aylesbury Vale Young People’s Action Plan. The action plan is a multi agency document that shows the diverse, positive work that is being delivered across the district. This document is available for download at the bottom of this page.

IDeA Review

In order to evaluate the services we provide for children and young people we invited the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) to carry our a peer review of our services. The IDeA put forward some recommendations for future improvement to the way we work but overall they were extremely impressed with the work we carry out and stated that we were at the “cutting edge nationally” of district councils working with children and young people. The full findings of the peer review can be found at the bottom of this page.
