We want everyone living and working in Aylesbury Vale, of all ages, to have a healthy life.
We work with NHS, local private and community organisations to take care of the health and social care needs of the local community. By working with other agencies, businesses and groups we can provide efficient, responsive services which avoid duplication and meet the needs of local people.
Our work includes improving health, reducing drug and alcohol misuse, improving nutrition, reducing homelessness and encouraging take-up of local fitness opportunities.
